About these Terms and Conditions
In these Terms and Conditions "we" and "us" mean Bhumi Organic Limited and "you" and "your" means you the customer. These Terms and Conditions together with your order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of Products. No other Terms and Conditions will apply. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email prior to the event.
Legal Capacity to Transact
If you are under the age eighteen (18) years you can not place orders with Bhumi. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years. Any orders placed and accepted by us will be deemed to be by persons over the age of eighteen (18) years. Should Bhumi suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, Bhumi reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with Bhumi.
Placing Your Order
You may place your order by filling in the order form on this website. When you place your order, we will issue you with an order number. We will do this by email. By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions. We will confirm acceptance of your order when we send you an email confirming shipment of the goods you have ordered. If we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone. Bhumi reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
EPayment Methods and Processing
Bhumi accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Shop Pay and Direct Bank Transfers. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays. We process credit card and PayPal payments after you click the "Submit My Order" button. For Credit Card, Bank Transfer and PayPal payments we will email a tax invoice to you with your order confirmation. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase.
GST
All prices quoted on this website are inclusive of GST except for items that are exempt from GST. Items that include GST, and the total GST paid will be clearly marked on the invoice.
Prices
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, we will supply to you the Products indicated on your order confirmation. When your order items have been dispatched, upon request, we will email you to confirm shipment of each item including a tracking number for each item.
Discount codes
Only one Discount or a Referral code can be used per order; Discount or Referral codes cannot be combined with each other. Discount or Referral codes cannot be used during sales (or promotions).
Supply of products
Bhumi always seeks to list Products with the most competitive prices. All product prices indicated on the website are in Great Britain Pound (GBP). For purchases made outside Australia, currency conversion rates will be applied by your financial institution. Additional transaction charges may also be applied by your financial institution. Bhumi reserves the right to change prices for Products displayed at the Bhumi website at any time.
Return policy
We take a lot of pride in offering you quality products that are ethically made from certified organic cotton. However, if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us strictly within 30 Days of receiving the goods - you can either return the goods in their original condition (unused, unworn and unwashed) for an exchange, store credit or refund in most cases. NB: A refund is not available on sale or on discounted last chance clearance items.
- If you are returning a Set (eg Quilt Cover Set, Sheet Set or PJ Set) or 2 Pack (eg Underwear, Baby Blankets) all items in the Set/Pair must be returned together in their original condition.
- If you are returning items purchased as part of a Bundle (or a 3 Pack or 6 Pack), individual items within the bundle may be returned for an exchange or store credit. Refund is only available where the entire Bundle is returned in their original condition.
- Items gifted within a Free Gift with Purchase offer are not eligible for a return. If any of the item/s purchased to receive this free gift are returned, then the Free Gift must also be returned in their original condition.
In case you choose to return, we will arrange a to send you a pre-paid return label for Australia-wide orders only. For return shipping on international orders outside of Australia we are unable to provide a label or reimburse for international return shipping charges.

Once we have received the returned items, your exchange, store credit or refund will be processed within 10 business days and you will receive an email notification for any refund processed. In case you choose for an exchange, we will cover the cost of postage on exchange item/s.
Delivery Charges
Shipping rates are indicated on the Shipping & Returns section of the website. Bhumi reserves the right to change prices for delivery at any time. Delivery charges for orders are subject to confirmation at the time the order is placed.
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcels.
Delivery Times
All orders on this website are processed within 24 hours for dispatch from our Melbourne Australia Fulfilment Centre of up to 3 business days. Delivery times for preorders may vary by 2 - 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date. If there are any unforeseeable delays, you will be contacted by our customer service team. Orders will be shipped to you by Australia Post International, or where more appropriate, a Courier Service of our choosing. Please allow 3-5 business Days for your package to arrive.
Please Note:
Once purchases have been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. For missing parcels, we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect addresses used at the time of placing an order. Please contact us if your parcel does not arrive and we will lodge an enquiry with the postal service. They in turn will contact you for a detailed response. The process may take several weeks.
Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated ship times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your Product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us at help@bhumiorganic.co.uk Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.
Products Damaged in Transit
All orders within Australia are delivered by Australia Post. Please do not assume that your package will be delivered by one service or another. However on occasion goods may be damaged in transit to you. If this occurs, please either email us at help@bhumiorganic.co.uk
Bhumi is proud to offer our customers quality products. We will endeavour to supply you with product your have ordered in good condition. However, on occasion goods that are sealed within cartons may be faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect from our suppliers. If this occurs please either email us at help@bhumiorganic.co.uk

Under the Trade Practices Act 1974 ("Act"), where implied conditions and warranties cannot be excluded, any liability in Bhumi for breach of such conditions and warranties (other than a condition or warranty implied by section 69 of the Act) shall be limited, at the option Bhumi, to the replacement of the Product(s) or the re-supply of the same Product(s); the payment of the cost of replacing the Product(s) or of acquiring equivalent Product(s). Neither our failure nor your failure to enforce any Term or Condition constitutes a waiver of such Term or Condition. Such failure shall in no way affect the right to later enforce such Term or Condition. Bhumi reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of sale at any time. No Bhumi employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the Terms and Conditions governing any sale.
Force Majeure
Bhumi shall not be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Bhumi, and Bhumi shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.
